    Chief Executive Officer

    John Rubey is Fathom Events’ first CEO, bringing more than 25 years of digital content and entertainment marketing experience. Previously, Rubey served as President of Rubey Entertainment where he was responsible for the overall vision, entertainment marketing, digital content development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.

  • Kymberli Freuh
    Vice President of Programming

    Kymberli Frueh is at the helm of all programming acquisition in the alternative content space for Fathom Events, from series initiatives, to perennials to unique one-time-only events. 

    Frueh is responsible for leading the entire programming team in focusing on key verticals and opportunities that optimize success for Fathom’s founding members and its Affiliates. She also handles international content partner relationships and key recurring accounts for the company. She is responsible for

  • Jamie Woglom
    Vice President of Marketing

    Jamie Woglom started at Fathom Events in 2006 as a Marketing Manager, and has progressed with the company to her current role as Vice President of Marketing. In this position she is responsible for managing and overseeing the PR and Event Marketing teams and their proposed initiatives for all Fathom events including strategic planning, agency and client relationships, media buys, reportingand overall team development plans.

  • Lynne Schmidt
    Vice President of Operations

    Lynne Schmidt began working with Fathom Events under National CineMedia in 2006. Since then, she has held various positions with Fathom Events on both the Programming and Operations teams. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees Logistical and Network Operations, Event Mastering, Systems, Business Relations and Customer Service. She also serves as a main contact for key, long-term accounts including The Metropolitan Opera, Drum Corps International and other repeat clients.

  • Larry Gillman
    Chief Financial Officer

    In December 2015, Larry Gillman was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Fathom Events. Gillman has extensive experience in the media and entertainment sector, including a proven track record of leading start-ups, small businesses and medium size operating divisions of publicly traded corporations, with an expertise in leading businesses in rapid growth cycles or changing business environments.

  • Kyle Villella
    Vice President of Distribution

    Kyle Villella has spent the past 16 years working in exhibition and distribution and comes to Fathom as Senior Director of Distribution. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of releasing Fathom events into theaters across the U.S., maximizing profitability for each event based on scope and scale.

  • Tom Lucas
    Vice President of Studio Relations

    As Vice President of Studio Relations, Lucas serves as the lead contact for all studio events. Since joining Fathom in March 2015, Lucas has worked with major studios such as Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment and others, to schedule some of the most iconic features of all time for Fathom Events. Lucas has also developed the Turner Classic Movies (TCM) relationship into an annual series of monthly nationwide events.
